At ACESHEETS, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Below is our latest version of refund policy:

Free Return Shipping:
As our products are digital, there are no physical shipping costs involved.

No Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Final Sale Items:
All digital products in our collection are marked as 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We highly recommend reading the product requirements and scope carefully before making your purchase. For any clarity or further information, please reach out to our 24/7 support service.

Refunds:
If you encounter any issues with your digital product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests will be considered valid under the following conditions:

  1. The customer clearly specifies the expected functionality that is missing from the template and was claimed on the website product page.

  2. The customer required a specific feature not mentioned on the website, contacted our sales and support team to request a demo video explaining all features and functionalities of the tool, and subsequently found the tool to be different from what was described by our support team or in the demo video after making the purchase.

Such refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, the payment will be processed to the same bank account that placed the order within 15 working days.


NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS:

  • Pack Orders:
    No refunds are available for all packs orders. Please carefully review the contents and requirements of these packs before purchasing:

    • 360° Workflow Management 18in1 Pack

    • Business Suite 5in1 Pack

    • Human Resource Toolkit - 5in1 Pack

    • Projects Manager's Toolkit 5in1 Pack

  • Discounted Orders:
    Refunds are not eligible for any orders where a discount code was used. 

  • Bundle Offers:
    Orders that take advantage of our bundle offers (a combination of two or more products with or without an additional discount) are also not eligible for refunds as auto additional discounts are applied.

  • Late Refund Requests:
    Refund requests submitted after the initial 24-hour period of purchase will not be considered.
