Where Every Request Begins

Auto Change IDs: Enter the request date and an ID appears in CR-0001 format.

Request Details: Title, description, requestor, department, change type and priority from your Settings lists.

Color-Coded Rows: Priority and status shade themselves; completed rows turn green, cancelled red.

Green And White Headers: Green headers are fields you fill in, white headers are automated.

Auto-Filled Context: Pick the Change ID and the title, type and priority appear.

Three Scores: Rate scope, cost and timeline impact from Low to Critical.

Severity Band: The three scores total into Minor, Moderate, Significant or Critical, shaded as it lands.

Approval Workflow Tab
Structured Review, Recorded Decisions

Stages: Under Review, Approved, Rejected, On Hold or Escalate, with the approver named.

Days Under Review: Counts from the review start date to today or your decision date.

Auto-Escalation: Anything under review beyond fourteen days flips to Escalate by itself.

Gated Fields: Implementation owner and dates stay locked until the request is approved.

Track Delivery To Close-Out

Auto-Filled From Approval: Title, owner, assign date and due date all arrive.

Progress: Set completion in tens and pick the delivery status.

Delay Days: Shows how many days past the due date you landed, and flags the late reason.
